President: Helen Chacon (OK)

Helen has a passion to help others stemming from her deep love for her brother. She brings her passion to SAVY to lead us forward in our quest to lift the heavy toll of violence and head our families toward peace!  A former part of the Apple team, Helen has amazing organizational and team building skills as well as she can rock a computer!

Vice President: Judy Osterhage Ph.D (CA)

Dr Judy Osterhage has been a Love and Logic instructor for many years and is called "The Parent Coach to the Stars"! Her practice in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA is surrounded by amazing people that she helps! Dr Judy is a front runner in solving the sex trafficing problem in the US. Her passion to help others shines in everything she does.

Secretary: Fawn Bradley (FL)

Fawn has worked with children suffering from early developmental trauma for over 25 years. Trained in the late 1990’s as a therapeutic foster parent and parenting specialist, Fawn is a skilled consultant in Neurodevelopmental Movement. She and her husband Matthew offer 10 day attachment intensive treatment including the NDM.  Together they created the Beatitude House Attachment Center, a 501c3 organization.

Treasurer: Shelly Best (CA)

As an Accountant, Business Owner and former Foster Parent, this amazing lady brings some great skills to our Board. We are honored to have her on our team!

Therapists Training Commitee

Sarah Jordan (WA)

Sarah Jordan attended Arizona’s Argosy University where she received her Masters in Sport Psychology and Professional Counseling. She has been a Neurofeedback practioner since 2007. Sarah is the co-owner and Clinical Director of Treasure Valley Neurotherapy located in Spokane Washington. She offers a 2 week intensive program which incorporates both Neurofeedback as well as family and individual counseling. Sarah has been working with families struggling with attachment issues since 2010. 

Nancy Thomas (CO)

As a Professional Therapeutic Parent, Nancy’s four decades of successful work with traumatized children helped her to develop her program, which is now used in homes, treatment facilities and schools around the world. She specializes in attachment and conscience development with violent children. 

 Nancy is the author of :When Love Is Not Enough and Dandelion On My Pillow, Butcher Knife Beneath co-author of The Handbook of Attachment Interventions and numerous instructional videos.

Mathew Bradley (FL)

Mathew had been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1986.  In 1997 he began a 5 year training experience with the best attachment experts in the country. He and his wonderful wife, Fawn, were therapeutic foster parents to over 75 attachment disordered children during that time. In addition to providing intensive therapy to adoptive families he is also am a member of the SAVY Therapist Training Committee.

As a business owner and an adoptive father, Charlie Brown brings some serious skills to the SAVY Team! His passion to help others is contagious as he reaches out to lift others that are struggling. He has a huge heart to make a difference!

This big hearted doc from Spokane WA has been president of our Board of Directors in the past and has been so kind as to remain on as an advisor. His skil land understanding in treating children with trauma is excellent and we are honored he is part of our team!
